Hell ride in volvo between pune and mumbai....

Few years back the volvo service between pune and mumbai was so good that travelling was not a headache..But now..new law of prohibiting luxury buses from entering the city has really made the hell for commuters. Last month i planned to board the volvo from station, i went through the unmannerd pulling and spitting conversation with the agents near pune station and got to METROLINK'S counter, paid 200 rs and booked a good seat in hope that i will be comfortable. The agent told me that bus is of 9:15 schedule so i was waiting at the shop for bus to arrive but around 8:45 some guys working for metrolink started stoping autorickshaws and asking the boarders to get in and reach kothrud (HEAD OFFICE OF METROLINK). I was shocked...my blood was boiling that time..i was feeling like a food who paid and now regreting for that. You can feel that there is no respect for commuters..These VOLVO people just making money by lieing to their customers and then shouting back on them if anyone of them tried to act smart by enquiring...I hope soon there will be some laws or some code of conduct for these luxury bus operators who misbehave with people and charge anything from commuters....!!!!!!!
