Our favourite dhaaba in the outskirts of jodhpur "Sher-e-pujab".....as always ...our gang (kartik,vishu,myself and our great kakuji) planned grand dinner in dhaaba sytle. We left from home around 7..took beers and started driving towards our destination dhaaba...as usual kartik and vishu were shouting on each other..haa haah and kakuji n me were just chilling out with beer...

We reached there and the smell of garlic just made me mad. i love that place alot..no hype no show off just pure dhaaba and pure dhaaba food with lots of love from"Rahul" our waiter.

er is always comprises of some paneer sabzi one garlic chutney and a good daal fry. Our bro kartik always orders green salad which is served with jaljeera..haa haa haa and one raita...

We planned to take some pics untill our food is ready so sneaked out to kitchen...where "Suresh" was busy in making some good rotis...The smell of the tandoori roti was so tempting....

Our chef "Daara" ...the great cook of "Sher e pujab" showed us the way to cook good sabzi. And his smiling face was very welcoming.

He showed us the common gravy that used in preparing all the dishes and believe me..that gravy was just burning up with lots mirchi powder and garam masala but it was smelling damn good and i think thats the smell of gravy which always attracts us...Well!! for our NRI bhai..."Vishu" that was too spicy hee hee hee but still he finished almost everything....

Atlast our food was ready.. and rahul came up with all the food and some mind blowing butter auroma...haa haa that was the first time when i discovered butter in raita also..haa haa ..perhaps that the love of them..some extra buttery love....

Believe me..!! all the preparation were too good to see and smelling like heaven...and we all were hungry too..so it was like heaven for us...we just jumped onto the food and kept ordering naans and rotis untill our stomach was full....
