My Symphony

I will not die an unlived life
I will not live in fear of falling or
catching fire
I choose to inhabit my days, to allow my living to open me, to make me less afraid, more accessible, to loosen my heart until it becomes a wing, a torch, a promise
I choose to risk my significance; to live so that which comes to me as seed goes to the next as blossom and that which comes to me as blossom, goes on as fruit.

I will not die an unlived life
I will not live in fear of falling or
catching fire
I choose to live content with small means; to seek elegance rather than luxury; and refinement rather than fashion; to be worthy, not respectable; and wealthy, not rich; to study hard, think quietly, talk gently, act frankly; to listen to stars and birds, to souls and sages, with open heart; to bear all cheerfully, do all bravely, await occasion, hurry never; in a word, to let the spiritual, unbidden and unconscious grow up through the common.
This is to be my symphony.

I will not die an unlived life. I will not live in fear of falling or
catching fire
This is to be my symphony.
I choose to face it with courage; to struggle rather than surrender; to die for rather than regret for; to live with ranter than learning from; to cheer up, to pray for, to obey my heart my life my intitutions my soul....

I will not die an unlived life. I will not live in fear of falling or
cathching fire...This is to be my symphony
