Symantec Covers VISA Card Holders

Symantec in collaboration with VISA International (Asia Pacific), has announced a promotional business package to help VISA business and corporate card holders protect themselves against rising Internet security threats. The promotional package is applicable to Symantec's small business Internet security solutions.

Today internet security is of utmost significance, moreso with growing dependence on the internet for online banking, email correspondence, etc. The latest Symantec Internet Security Threat Report recorded an alarming ascent in security threats arising out of malicious code.

Keeping this scenario in mind, Symantec and VISA are offering a solution for customers and small businesses to ensure that their information is secure whilst transacting online.

Under the terms of the joint promotion, VISA business and corporate card holders can purchase Symantec Client Security 3.0 Small Business Pack through authorized partners in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan till December 31, 2006. The pack is made up of five-user, ten-user, and 25-user packs with consumers standing to get a discount of up to 20 percent.
